Starting salary: $60–70k depending on experience*, plus benefits such as health, dental, time off
*Salary has room for growth; as FieldFutures brings in new clients, we expect salary for this position to increase.

FieldFutures is a dynamic and fast-growing startup committed to preventing harassment and assault by providing comprehensive training programs for scientists. We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and managing the organizational infrastructure, overseeing program development, and expanding our client base.
Primary responsibilities includes:
· Build organizational infrastructure
· Track and manage organizational budget and financials in conjunction with an accountant
· Help develop organizational systems (e.g., Google Drive, secure password sharing, etc.)
· Supervise small teams and perform job evaluations
· Develop program materials
· Develop and grow client base and manage clients
· Develop partnerships with academic, non-profit and government partners
· Interface with clients
· Oversee trainings and occasionally deliver trainings (delivering trainings will not be the primary responsibility of this job)
· Grow network of FieldFutures trainers
· Scheduling and maintaining a calendar of trainings
· Represent the organization externally at meetings, conferences and more broadly
· Administrative tasks including email correspondence, website updates, organizing meetings
· Maintain organizational calendar

Background and Requirements:
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. However, we value experience and passion just as much, so if you have a unique background that aligns with our mission, we encourage you to apply.
Professional Experience: Proven experience in program management, organizational development, or a related field. Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desirable. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential. Experience in scientific fieldwork is preferred but not required.
Leadership Skills: Experience supervising and leading teams, conducting job evaluations, and fostering a positive team culture.
Additional Skills:
· Excellent written oral communications
· Proven ability to work remotely (this is an entirely remote position)
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient in public speaking and client relations
· Demonstrated ability to grow and manage an organization
