FieldFutures is a dynamic and fast-growing startup committed to preventing harassment and assault by providing comprehensive training programs for scientists. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and managing the organizational infrastructure, overseeing program development, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead program strategic growth and development
Develop and manage internal systems, budgeting, and financial processes
Supervise staff, evaluate performance, and expand our trainer network
Build partnerships with academic, nonprofit, and government organizations
Oversee training programs, scheduling, and trainer coordination
Represent FieldFutures at conferences, meetings, and external events

Background and Requirements:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and a background in management, business administration (MBA), or organizational leadership is highly preferred. However, we value experience and strategic vision just as much—if your skills align with our mission, we encourage you to apply.
Professional Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in program management, organizational development, or a related field. Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desirable. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential. Experience in scientific fieldwork is preferred but not required.
Leadership Skills: Experience supervising and leading teams, conducting job evaluations, and fostering a positive team culture.
Additional Skills:

· Proven ability to work remotely (this is an entirely remote position)
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient in public speaking and client relations
· Demonstrated ability to grow and manage an organization
